Omelette Curry

Ingredients
Omlette Ingretients:
Eggs - 2
Corriender
Onion chopped - 1/2
Green pepper - 1

Gravy Ingretients :
Salt - 1 tsp
Tamatoes - 2
Onion chopped - 1/2
Corrender powder - 1tsp
Chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
Minced ginger - 1/2 tsp
Minced Garlic - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Little water


Paneer (cottage cheese)
Green peas

Directions
Blend the above given 'Gravy ingredients' in a blender.

Take a cooking vessel and add little oil and add the above blended paste and green peas to it after heating and let it shimmer.

Beat the eggs, corriender, onion chopped, chopped pepper and make an omelette to deep golden brown.

Fry the panner to golden brown .

Add the a glass of hot water to the shimmering gravy and add the paneer and let it cook for five minutes.

Cut the omelette in any desired shape and add to the above curry in the end and stirr it.

Serve hot.
