Butter Chicken

Ingredients
Butter 100grams
Cashewnuts 4piece
Coriander leaves 1springs
Coriander pdr 1tbsp
Crushed fenugreek leaves 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
Fresh cream 100ml
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Green chillies 2slice
Oil 2tbsp
Onion 1
Raw chicken slices 500grams
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1/2tsp
Tomato 200grams


Directions
Cut chicken into thin slices and apply ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chili powder and shallow fry in oil and set aside.

To the leftover oil add cumin, onion, ginger garlic paste , add onion ,tomatoes, cashew and other spices and cook covered with little water till everything is mashed up.

Put it in a blender and add to hot melted butter and cook on a medium flame season ,color and add chicken and cook for few more minutes.
