kaddu ki kheer

Main Ingredient: Milk , bottle gourd ( kaddu)
Time to Prepare: 20 minutes
2 cup kaddu(peeled,trimmed & finely grated)
1/2 lit milk
2 Cups sugar
1/2 Cup soaked sabudana
Take a pan and add ghee to it
Now add the grated kaddu
cook it for 10 to 15 minutes til the raw smell goes.
In a vessel cook soaked sabudana with milk.
Add the kaddu to the above preparation and keep stirring.
Add sugar , elachi powder,2-3 saffron few minutes before turning off the stove.
Add dry fruits fried in ghee in the end.
Refrigirate it after cooling.
Tip: can add condensed milk,kova and vanila essence as well.
