Power outages continued across Texas on Tuesday, after a snow storm left millions without heat in freezing temperatures.
At least 10 deaths have been linked to the weather event, according to the Texas Tribune.
Supplies such as firewood and water have been depleted from local petrol stations, while supermarkets remain closed.
