
2 Medium size organic eggs.
Pinch of freshly grinded black pepper.
Salt to taste.
2 Slices of cheese cut into small pieces.
Oil for frying .
Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk using fork or a whisker.
Add salt and pepper and whisk again till pepper mixes.
Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat.
Turn heat to medium and add eggs to heated oil.
Cook for one minute on one side and turn.
Add cheese, spread it evenly on one half side of the omelette.
Turn the half side without cheese over the side that has cheese.
Cook for another one minute till golden brown.
Remove from frying pan and serve with tomatoes or cherries.
