If the gravy is too salty, drain off the liquid, add fresh liquid and then adjust the seasoning as required.
Coconut milk can be added to gravies to balance the excess salt.
For Indian gravies, adding 2-3 tbsp of yogurt or malai (fresh cream) helps to balance the excess salt.

Massage helps us to feel relaxed and energizes us. It improves blood circulation and keeps your skin wrinkle free. Do not massage when your stomach is full or when you are sick.
Protect your skin from sun exposure as it can cause wrinkles and age spots. Avoid going out in the afternoons, when the sun rays are most intense or protect yourself by wearing a hat or sunglasses.
Shining nails Soak your fingers in warm salted water for 5 minutes. Pat it dry and apply a moisturizing cream.
Massage nails with olive oil or pure almond oil. This is very effective in treating brittle nails.
