Garlic 6
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
Green chili, sliced 4
Oil 1tbsp
Onion 1
Salt to taste
Spinach 3 bunch
Split moong dal 1/2cup
Turmeric 1Pinch
Urad dal 1tbsp
Take a pan heat oil add urad dal, saute it then add garlic cloves, green chillies saute it now add sliced onions cook till onions are transparent.
Now add moong dal cook for few minutes.
Then add ginger garlic paste mix well then add turmeric saute it.
Add chopped palak and salt as per taste saute it and cook the palak with out closing it with a lid.
Palak will ouzee out water cook till all water is evaporated.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
