Ingredients

Suji Ladoo/ Rava Ladoo
Suji - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 3 tsps
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder

Directions

Take a pan, add 2 tsps ghee.

Add chiroji or cashew, pistachino and small risines and roast.

Take them in to a small vessel.

Add 1tsp of ghee to the pan and saute freshly grated coconut for 1 minute.

Add suji to the coconut and roast for 10minutes on low flame, stir frequently.

Switch off the flame and add milk and mix well.

Add a pinch of cardamom powder and the roasted dry fruits.

Make ladoos of desired size and let them dry for 1-2 hours.

Can add water insted of milk.
