Vermicelli - 200 gms
Sugar - 400 gms
Almonds, Pistachios (Blanched and skinned)- 3/4 cup chopped
Caramon - 3
Saffron - Pinch
Thick milk - 1 cup
Take a cooking pot and add a cup of milk and bring to a boil.
In the mean time roast vermicelli and two cardamoms to golden brown.
Add the roasted vermicelli to the milk and let it cook.
Add the sugar syrup to the above content along with chopped almonds and pistachino.
Cook till all the water evaporates and gets a thick consistency.
Make sugar syrup as following :< /b>
Sugar Syrup: Cooking time 10 Minutes
2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of boiling water, 1 cardamom, 1 pinch saffron.
Garnish with almond and pistachios.
