1 lt. full cream milk
1 gms saffron
20 gms chopped pistachios
30 gms chopped almonds
150 gms sugar
Step 1: Add sugar, pistachios, almonds and saffron in full cream milk and cook till the milk is reduced to one-fourth of its original quantity to form a granular consistency. Keep it for cooling.
Step 2: Now, slice above portion of orange and scoop out inner pulp very gently. Pour the mixture into orange mold and distribute evenly. Close the opening with orange cap.
Step 3: Keep above preparation in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 4: Take out the preparation from refrigerator and remove orange cap. Garnish it with orange pieces. To have added flavour, garnish with sweetening syrups. Enjoy.
