
Boiled rice 6cups
cashew nuts 1cup
Channa dal 1tbsp
Chopped ginger
Coconut oil 2tbsp
Cumin 1tsp
Curyy leaves 5leaves
Grated coconut 2cup
Green chillies 1
Hing optional
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Red chilli 3piece
Salt to taste
Sugar 1tbsp
Urad dal 1tbsp
Cook rice seperately make sure it is fulffy.
Grate coconut.
Heat coconut oil/ cooking oil in a pan.
Add red chili,mustard, cumin and channa dal and urad dal. At the end add cashew nut.
Add curry leaves and green chilies along with salt and a bit of sugar.
Add grated coconut or coconut powder and stir gently.
Add chopped corriender.
Add rice and mix. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
